Our business specialises in Business and Family Succession Planning which means that our main clients are our referring partners. We ensure our referring partners are kept up to date with their clients risk insurance structures and strategies, and consult with the referring partner to provide the best possible advice and outcome for our mutual clients.

We have proactive relationships with all Australian Life Insurance companies to ensure we get the best possible underwriting outcomes for our clients, and in turn to provide superior quality service on behalf of our referring partners. We provide our clients with a clear picture of their current financial risk, and a strategy to minimise that risk.

We comprehensively track all client referrals, leads and applications using the SAGE customer relationship tool as well as our in-house document management system.

MADI and its advisors, are Authorised Representatives of Synchron, an Australian Financial Services Licensee.

Our insurance advice covers the range of personal protection insurances, specifically Term Life, Total and Permanent Disability (TPD), Trauma (Critical Illness), Income Protection, and where appropriate, business personal risk such as group plans, key person, and Buy/Sell Agreements insurance.
